.TODAY...Northeast gales to 35 kt diminishing to 15 to 20 kt
early in the afternoon, then becoming north late in the
afternoon. Rain and slight chance of freezing rain in the
morning, then chance of rain and snow in the afternoon. Waves
8 to 12 ft occasionally to 16 ft subsiding to 5 to 8 ft
occasionally to 10 ft late in the afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 kt. Chance of rain in the
evening. Chance of snow through the night. Waves 4 to 7 ft
occasionally to 9 ft subsiding to 3 to 5 ft after midnight.
