Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the New England states,
30.50 inches, extends westward across the central Great Lakes
today. It will continue to drift eastward tonight as a weak cold
front approaches Lake Superior. Rain showers will spread over the
region ahead of the front before it moves through Lake Huron and
Lower Michigan Tuesday night and early Wednesday. The front will
be followed briefly by high pressure Thursday before the next
cold front arrives Friday.

or less.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy until early
morning...then cloudy with a chance of light showers early in the
morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Cloudy. A chance of light
showers in the morning...then light showers likely in the afternoon.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Light showers. Waves
2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy until late
afternoon becoming partly cloudy. Light showers likely early in the
morning...then a chance of light showers in the late morning and
early afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2
feet or less.
.FRIDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
