Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A large low pressure system over the central Plains at
29.20 inches will reach southern Lake Michigan at 29.50 inches by
Sunday morning while a strengthening high over James Bay reaches
30.70 inches leading to a tight pressure gradient across the
region. The low will then exit east of the eastern Lakes Monday
night.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots after midnight. Light showers and a chance of
thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 20 to 25
knots in the late morning and afternoon. Gusts to 30 knots.
Showers and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Showers...a chance
of thunderstorms and freezing rain. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to 20 knots in
the afternoon. Showers and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3
feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots late in the evening...then backing to the west after midnight.
A chance of thunderstorms early in the evening. Showers until early
morning...then a chance of light showers early in the morning. Waves
2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Cloudy. A chance of showers. A
chance of snow showers late in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance
of snow showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
