nautical miles including Virginia portion of the Chesapeake Bay,
Currituck Sound and portions of the James, York, and Rappahannock
Rivers...

A secondary surge of cold advection drops south early this
morning. Rain chances increases today into this evening, as low
pressure tracks along a stalled frontal boundary over the coastal
Carolinas. Transient high pressure builds over the region by
midweek, with a mainly weak, dry cold front pushing across the
area late Wednesday into Thursday.
