At 836 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, moving northeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal,
Cape Henry, Thimble Shoals, Poquoson, Dominion Pier, Hampton Roads
Bridge Tunnel, Lynnhaven, Hampton River Inlet, Hampton Flats,
Bluefish Rock, The Hump, Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby
Bay, Sewells Point, Cape Henry Wreck, Cabbage Patch, Little Creek,
and 4th Island Bay Bridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
