.DISCUSSION...Low clouds are possible through the morning with
more potential for clouds to scatter out during the afternoon. It
will be another cool, breezy day with steady northwest winds,
occasionally gusting to 15 to 20 mph in open areas. RH is forecast
to fall to 35 to 40 percent, but the extent of warming and drying
will be influenced by cloud trends. If clouds persist longer,
slightly cooler afternoon temperatures would be more likely,
holding RH up slightly and lower RH (near 30%) could result with
slightly warmer, drier conditions.
