northeast Pennsylvania.

Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected tonight. Minor,
isolated instances of flooding, mainly in poor drainage areas, are
possible.

Winds will gust up to 35 to 40 mph tonight, which could bring down a
few trees.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
