including Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm to
60 nm...

At 957 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Doboy Sound Buoy D to 8 nm southeast of
Tug Rio Caroni to 37 nm southeast of D R H Buoy, moving east at 50
knots. This line of storms has a history of producing wind gusts of
40 to 50 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.
