High clouds and seasonable temperatures were found across eastern
Iowa, northwest Illinois, and northeast Missouri early Tuesday, as
a storm system tracked east over the Ohio river valley. Morning
low temperatures, ranged from 25 degrees in Dubuque, to 30
degrees in Burlington and Keokuk.

Partly to mostly cloudy skies and below normal high temperatures
will be seen today, as a large area of high pressure drifts over
Lake Superior. Winds will be much lighter today and will be out of
the north. Expect temperatures to only reach the upper 30s and
lower 40s by the afternoon. This is 7 to 12 degrees below normal
for late March. Overnight low temperatures, will drop into the
middle to upper 20s by sunrise Wednesday.
