.DISCUSSION...

Tomorrow will be a fair day for burning. Mixing heights will be
near 5KFT however transport winds will be less that 5 MPH resulting
in generally poor to fair dispersions. Showers are possible
Thursday night into Friday morning however wetting rains are not
anticipated. Friday will be a much better day for burning with
mixing heights again near 5 KFT and transport winds near 20-25
MPH. This will promote good dispersions throughout the afternoon.

Fog potential over the next few days: None at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Despite gusty winds over the
weekend, min RH and KBDI will remain well above criteria.
