...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN LAUREL...WESTERN
ESTILL...NORTHEASTERN PULASKI...NORTHWESTERN JACKSON AND ROCKCASTLE
COUNTIES THROUGH 245 AM EDT...

At 220 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Richmond to Boone to
Level Green. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Vernon, Boone, Sand Springs, Donaro, Bummer, Threelinks,
Robinet, Gum Sulphur, Rice Station, Kings Station, Bandy, Woodstock,
Horse Lick, Roundstone, Spiro, Wabp, Climax, Hansford, Winston, and
Renfro Valley.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky between mile markers 48 and
72.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Laurel County near mile marker 4.
