.DISCUSSION...Winds will transition from the east-northeast this morning
to the southeast by mid-day as high pressure shifts to the east of the
region.  Winds will remain light this morning, but will increase to around
10 mph by the mid to late afternoon hours.  Humidity values will be higher
today with minimum RH values of 45 to 50 percent expected at the burn site.
Tonight, winds will turn lighter and more variable after midnight.  Humidity
will recover to around 80 to 85 percent, and conditions do not look favorable
for fog development tonight.  Tomorrow will see winds remain light and
variable in the morning hours, but will increase from the east-southeast
in the afternoon to near 10 mph.  RH values will drop to between 55 and 60
percent in the afternoon hours tomorrow.

1. Conditions are not favorable for lake/land breezes to develop over the next
36 hours. Temperatures remain too cool to support the development of a lakebreeze
cycle.

2. There is a zero percent chance of fog development tonight.

3. High tide at 801 AM and 132 PM today.  Low tide at 1001 AM and 1102 PM today.
Tide range of 0.6 feet.

4. The next chance of measurable rainfall is currently forecast to be next Monday.
