.DISCUSSION...Weak system will push through today shifting winds out of
the north and be between 10-15mph with occasional gusts of 20-25mph.
Clouds will be around this morning and linger into the early afternoon.
There could be a few sprinkles with the low stratus but expect gradual
clearling later today. It will be cooler than normal with temperatures
mainly in the 60s with a few locations topping out to around 70.
