...Data for North Little Rock for Spring 2019...

.Summary...
Spring 2019 was nearly two degrees cooler than average. This was largely
due to frequent rainfall and associated cloud cover. Unlike last Spring,
there were no late snows or significant late-season freezes.

There were 38 days with measurable rainfall, which was the most in four
years. There were ten days with rainfall of one inch or higher, which
was the most since 1990, and tied with 1990 for the most on record for
Spring. There were five days with rainfall of two inches or higher, which
was the most since 2011, and broke the previous record of four days from
2011.

.Temperatures...
The average high, low, and seasonal temperatures were the coolest since
2014. The average high temperature was the 8th coolest on record. The
average seasonal temperature was also the 8th coolest on record.

.Rainfall...
It was the wetttest Spring since 1990, and the wettest Spring on record.

.Snowfall...
The only snow that fell was a trace on March 3rd. This marks the third
consecutive Spring with only a trace of snowfall, and the 4th consecutive
year with no measurable snowfall in the Spring.
