...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
SUNDAY EVENING FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 15% OR LESS, 20-FT WINDS
OF 20 MPH OR MORE, AND HIGH TO VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

* AFFECTED AREA...Gaines, Andrews, Loving, Winkler, Ward, Pecos,
  Terrell, Lea, Reeves County Plains, Davis Mountains Foothills,
  Central Brewster County, Chisos Basin and Lower Brewster
  County.

* TIMING...Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* WINDS...West 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Stronger
  gusts across Lea, Andrews, and Gaines counties and the Upper
  Trans Pecos.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* RFTI...6 or critical.

* IMPACTS...Avoid the use of open flames or any activities that
  may generate sparks. Accidental ignitions will have the
  potential to grow into dangerous wind-driven wildfires.
