.DISCUSSION...

Full sun will lead to a well mixed boundary layer today, with
mixing heights from 5000 to 6000 ft. The mixing in turn will lead
to min RHs down into the 25 to 35 % range primarily west of Madison
Winds should be light and northerly, becoming more easterly this
afternoon as a lake breeze pushes far inland from east to west from
noon to around 8PM. High will be in the upper 60s to near 70 away from
the lakeshore.
