.SYNOPSIS...A mid and upper level trough will provide
thunderstorms through mid-week, with a chance of heavy rain,
frequent lightning, and gusty winds. High pressure over the
western and central Atlantic waters will maintain primarily
moderate trade winds over the region through Wed. Looking ahead,
winds and seas will diminish Fri night and Sat as the high
pressure shifts east of the area.
