West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will pass E across
the central and N portions tonight, then move E of the area Sun.
High pressure will build over the S waters tonight and Sun, then
shift E and SE of the area Sun night while maintaining a ridge
over the S portion Mon through Wed night. Another cold front will
move S over the area Mon and Mon night, stall over the central
waters Tue and Tue night, and then drift N as a warm front Wed
and Wed night. Low pressure will develop along the front off the
New Jersey coast Wed night, then move E across the N waters Thu
and Thu night while pulling a cold front across the area.
