.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal low pressure trough
will persist today through Wed, slowly weaken Wed night into Fri
night, then strengthen again Sat and Sat night. A high pressure
ridge will remain just W of the waters today through Fri, then
weaken Fri night. Another high pressure ridge will build just NW
of the area Sat and Sat night. A weak cold front will move into
the far NW portion Fri night, then dissipate Sat.
