.DISCUSSION...There is an excellent chance (80%) for rain at the
burn site on Thursday, associated with a cold front with deep layer
moisture.  Snow levels will lower to around 4700-5000 feet by early
Friday morning, and there could be light snow mixed with rain but little
to no snow accumulation. The probability is high for 0.25" of rain and a
chance for 0.25-0.5" Thursday and Thursday night.  Winds will increase,
mainly along the ridgetops. There is a chance of showers on Friday with
a marginally unstable air mass.
