...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM
PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 25 knots,
  becoming west in the late afternoon and early evening.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
  Border and out to 30 nm and Waters from San Mateo Point to the
  Mexican Border Extending 30 to 60 nm out including San
  Clemente Island.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 8 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will weaken this evening but could
  strengthen again Sunday as some gusts over 20 knots from the
  west could occur Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
