.DISCUSSION...

Light southerly winds averaging 5 mph will prevail across East
Texas south of a slowly advancing cold front from South Arkansas.
An isolated shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out along and
south of the cold front, but chances are quite slim in vicinity of
the burn location. Even where rain doesn`t occur, clouds should
persist throughout much of the day with some breaks possible late
in the afternoon. Regardless, afternoon high temperatures will
still range from the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. Min RH values
will likely remain above 60 percent as Gulf moisture continues to
feed northward ahead of the front. With the front expected to
stall near the I-20 corridor, expect some patchy fog overnight
through early Thursday morning.
