.DISCUSSION...

A potent, late season storm system is set to impact northern California
this weekend. Widespread wetting rain, isolated thunderstorms, moderate
to heavy mountain snow, and gusty south-southwesterly winds are all
expected on Saturday. Heaviest precipitation is anticipated Saturday
morning and afternoon near the forecast area. This storm system is
expected to be rather progressive, with precipitation chances tapering
off through the morning, to near zero in the afternoon.
