.DISCUSSION...

Easterly transport winds will shift southerly through the day,
but remaining around 5-10 mph. Expect mixing heights to be around
5000 feet but, due to the lighter winds, dispersion indices will
be fair in the 40s today. MinRH values today will be in the low
30%s. No further fire weather concerns.
