This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

POOR VISIBILITY.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...South of Interstate 40.
ONSET...After Midnight.

DISCUSSION...
A very low chance for the development of an isolated strong to
severe thunderstorm exists near a warm front this evening, across
parts of northeast Oklahoma along the Kansas border.

Patchy fog may develop after midnight tonight in areas along and
south of Interstate 40, which could limit visibilities to a mile
or less at times.

THURSDAY...Severe Thunderstorm and High Wind Potential.
FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
SATURDAY...Thunderstorm and Heavy Rain Potential.
SUNDAY...No Hazards.
MONDAY AND TUESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorm chances will increase Thursday into Thursday evening
as a strong cold front moves across the area. Storms may be severe
Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly to the southeast of
Interstate 44, with large hail and damaging winds being the main
threats. The front will stall just south of the Red River Friday
and Saturday, with showers and a few thunderstorms remaining
possible to the north of the boundary. Unsettled weather is likely
to continue into next week, with at least low thunderstorm
chances most days.
