Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest Lower Michigan
National Weather Service Grand Rapids MI
400 PM EDT Sat May 26 2018

...Near record warmth through Memorial Day...

.DISCUSSION...Very warm conditions will persist through the Holiday
weekend, with high temperatures away from the lakeshore the next few
days reaching the low 90s. Min humidity should remain above 35
percent and winds will remain light however. There will be a chance
for showers and thunderstorms through this evening and again on
Sunday, mainly east of a line from Big Rapids to Battle Creek.
Memorial Day and Tuesday are expected to be dry. Tropical moisture
from Alberto may then provide wet weather Wednesday and Thursday. The
track of this system is still a little uncertain, however.
