Fire Weather Planning Forecast for the Southern Great Lakes
National Weather Service Northern Indiana
303 PM EDT Sun May 5 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday, and both afternoons of next
weekend all have opportunities for showers and thunderstorms. These
days all have MinRH values over 40 percent as a result. Monday and
Wednesday are drier days and could have a chance for sub-40 MinRH
values. Of those two days, Wednesday has a better chance to see 20 to
25 mph wind gusts, but fuel moisture may be high on Wednesday from the
Tuesday shower and thunderstorm chance.
