Fire Weather Planning Forecast for East Tennessee...Southwest
Virginia...and Extreme Southwest North Carolina
National Weather Service Morristown TN
347 AM EDT Sat Apr 21 2018

...Low relative humidity values again this afternoon...

.DISCUSSION...

Afternoon RH values will once again drop to around or slightly
below 30 percent again today for many areas. Winds will be
even lower than yesterday however. At least some elevated
wildfire conditions will exist today, but overall no headlines
appear to be needed. Rain chances will increase on Sunday,
and last into the early part of the coming work week, with
at least a good chance of soaking rains for the southern
Tennessee Valley. Less rain will be seen the further north
you go in eastern Tennessee and into southwest Virginia.
