remains relatively strong and winds will remain gusty. High pressure
is pushing in from the southeast with strong low pressure to the
west, and trough will redevelop in the Tanana Valley this afternoon.
Relative Humidity values will fall rapidly this afternoon, and near
Red Flag conditons are expected during the late afternoon.
