.DISCUSSION...Northeasterly trade winds are expected to strengthen
slightly today and Wednesday. Transport winds will remain out
of the northeast. Trade winds will persist through the end of this
week with no interruption. Low clouds and showers transported by the
low-level trade wind flow will continue to move across the area
through mid-week. However, stable atmospheric conditions will
prevail, so heavy rainfall is not anticipated.
