...HIGH WIND WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

Winds were finally decreasing across the northeast plains of
Colorado late this evening. Winds overnight will mostly range
between 15 and 25 mph with gusts around 45 mph through midnight.

Peak wind gusts from the high wind event this afternoon into
early evening ranged between 55 and 70 mph across most of the
plains, with a few gusts reaching 70 to 89 mph near the Front
Range Foothills.
