offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build SE towards the area today into Sun, move E over the waters
late Sun into Tue, then move off to the E Tue night. Low
pressure will approach the area from the SW Tue night and Wed,
then move N into the SW waters Wed night.

.TODAY...NW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to
5 ft.
.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 1 to 3 ft.

3 ft.
