...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL...SOUTH
CENTRAL JACKSON AND WEST CENTRAL DEKALB COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM
CDT...

At 636 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Section, or 10 miles south of Scottsboro, moving
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Scottsboro, Rainsville, Henagar, Sylvania, Fyffe, Hollywood, Powell,
Section, Pisgah, and Dutton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
