...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN PERQUIMANS...
BERTIE...SOUTH CENTRAL HERTFORD AND CHOWAN COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM
EDT...

At 644 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Powellsville to near
Tarboro. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Windsor around 650 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Goose Pond, Whites
Crossroads, Kelford, Earleys, Newsome Store, Arrowhead Beach, Saint
Johns, Republican, Mount Gould, and Hancock.
