.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Thursday...A cold front will move across
the area tonight that will help keep temperatures cooler
tomorrow. Increasing moisture will bring showers to the northern
mountains and near the WY border after midnight tonight. It will
also keep minimum relative humidity values above 40% for the
entire County Warning Area on Thursday.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Thursday night through Monday...
Cool and unsettled conditions will continue Thursday night and
Friday, with the more widespread precipitation in/near the Front
Range tapering off by Friday morning. Humidities will be higher
than normal, and winds will remain lighter. For the weekend into
early next week, it will start to warm up and dry out a bit, but
there will still be scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
most days. Winds are expected to remain on the lighter side
through this period.
