Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The enhanced pressure gradient from the interaction
between high pressure over the central Gulf and the low pressure
over the Sierra Madre is producing moderate to breezy winds and
low to moderate seas. Small Craft Advisories are in effect for
currently through the early part of tonight and could continue
for the next several days over all waters for Monday and Tuesday.
