...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN DUVAL...
SOUTHWESTERN JIM WELLS AND WESTERN KLEBERG COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM
CDT...

At 416 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
San Jose, or near Benavides, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Benavides, Palito Blanco, Rios, San Jose, and Alice Acres.

This includes US Highway 281 between mile markers 682 and 694.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
