...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of south central
Coryell County through 530 PM CDT...

At 455 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles southwest of Fort Gates, or 12 miles north of Copperas Cove,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Gatesville, Fort Gates, South Mountain, King, Mound, Flat, Pidcoke,
Leon Junction, and Topsey.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for central
Texas.
