nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A weakening cold front will exit the SE waters tonight through
Friday as a weak area of high pressure will slowly drift north of
the area through the weekend. A large to extra-large northwest
swell will elevate seas through Friday night.
