.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
High pressure to distant northeast continues to move east and
weaken as a trough develops northwest of the islands. A cutoff
low is forecast to develop northwest of the islands along the
surface trough by Wednesday, causing wind directions to veer from
a more southeasterly direction.

.REST OF TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 5 to 7
feet. Isolated showers.
.TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to 6 feet.
Northwest swell 3 feet. Isolated showers.
.TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 4 to 6 feet. Northwest swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 20 to 25 knots Alenuihaha Channel...
southeast 10 to 20 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 4 to 7 feet.
Northwest swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
