Conditions will be dry and unseasonably warm through the weekend,
with gusty Southerly/Southeasterly winds 15-20mph gusting to
25-30mph at times. Good dispersion and mixing heights above 3000ft
are expected during this time.

The next chance of rain returns to the area Monday afternoon/evening
as a cold front approaches the area from the West.
