...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...

  Calcasieu River near White Oak Park

  Calcasieu River Near Glenmora

  Calcasieu River Near Salt Water Barrier

For the Calcasieu River...including Glenmora, Oakdale, Oberlin,
Kinder, White Oak Park, Salt Water Barrier...Major flooding is
forecast.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Kinder.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, If gage reading at Kinder reaches 18 feet,
  flooding begins to cut off some of the roads around Topsy in
  Northwest Jefferson Davis Parish.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 18.5 feet
    Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Oberlin.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Major flooding will occur. Secondary roads
  and homes near the river will be affected. Reeds Bridge Road
  begins to flood upstream of oberlin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 11.5 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall to 11.2 feet early Sunday morning. It will
    rise above flood stage Sunday evening to 18.0 feet early
    Wednesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 2.0 feet, Minor flooding of Goos Ferry Road will
  occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:35 PM CDT Friday the stage was 0.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a
    maximum value of 2.0 feet early Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 2.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Glenmora.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Numerous roads near the river are closed,
  including Highway 112 which is flooded for about 1.5 miles between
  Highway 121 and Beechwood Church. Major flood damage will occur
  downstream of the gauge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 17.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:45 PM CDT Friday was 17.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5
    feet tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
