Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.60 inches, develops over the Ohio Valley tonight with an elevated frontal boundary being the focus for shower development generally for waterways south of Saginaw Bay. High pressure briefly builds in Friday ahead of more rain chances this weekend.
