.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist to the W of the area
through today. A coastal low pressure trough will slowly
strengthen today through early Wed, then will slowly weaken Wed
night. A weakening low pressure area will pass N of the waters
today. A high pressure ridge will move E over the northern waters
Wed, and then remain over the N waters Wed night into Fri night.
A low pressure will move SE towards the northern California coast
on Sat. Please be advised that the USCG remote communications
facility at Cambria is experiencing technical difficulties.
