.SYNOPSIS...High pressure W of the area will slowly build towards
the area tonight through Tue night. A dissipating cold front will
move into the N waters tonight and dissipate. A second cold front
will move across the waters from N to S Sun into Sun night. High
pressure will then settle over the area Wed and Wed night, and
persist through Thu night.
