24 hour rainfall amounts were less than one tenth of an inch in scattered
locations, with isolated quarter inch amounts. The exception was from Robeson
County east across Bladen to Pender and New Hanover Counties, where rainfall
amounts were one to two inches in many locations, with isolated amounts of
two to five inches.

Basin average rainfalls through Friday morning will be a quarter to one half inch.
