* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Southwest Phillips County, especially for the higher
  elevations of the Little Rocky Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 4 PM MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin either mixing with rain or
  melting on contact, but will eventually accumulate at locations
