Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop overnight. Strong
to severe thunderstorms will be possible along and south of the
Nebraska Kansas border during the morning hours...with hail to golf
ball size possible. Any severe storms will exit the area by the late
morning hours. Highs on Thursday will be in the 60s with breezy
southeast winds gusting 25 to 35 mph. Scattered thunderstorms will
develop during the evening hours...with strong to severe
thunderstorms possible. Hail to golf ball size and damaging wind
gusts will be possible with these storms. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms will continue Friday morning. Thunderstorm chances
will decrease Friday afternoon and evening...becoming dry overnight.
Highs on Friday will be in the upper 60s to upper 70s with southerly
winds gusting 30 to 40 mph. Highs on Saturday will be in the upper
60s to low 80s...with northerly winds becoming easterly at 10 to 20
mph. Thunderstorm chances return Saturday afternoon and continue
through the overnight hours.
