* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...In Maine, Central Interior Cumberland, Interior Waldo,
Kennebec, Androscoggin, and Coastal York Counties. In New
Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Recent winter weather has damaged trees in
the area. Damaged trees, limbs, and branches pose a higher risk of
falling onto powerlines or people.
