...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM SATURDAY TO 8 AM EDT
SUNDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Carbon, Monroe, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...From 8 PM Saturday to 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With 2 to 4 inches of rain anticipated,
  trees may be more susceptible to uprooting due to a saturated
  surface.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
